Donovan Campbell
Chief Executive Officer
Donovan Campbell has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Medbridge since June 2023. Prior to Medbridge, Donovan led 2nd.MD, an early innovator in virtual specialty care. In his five-year tenure, Donovan took 2nd.MD from a small, early-stage company to a digital healthcare leader serving nearly 900 customers and 12 million covered members. Donovan has over 20 years of extensive leadership and technology experience, and he is passionate about combining the power of digital technology with top-tier medical expertise to democratize access to healthcare across America. Donovan started his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving for five years as a Ground Intelligence Captain with three combat deployments. He continues to serve his fellow veterans in a variety of non-profit educational and employment initiatives. Donovan is also The New York Times best-selling author of two books, Joker One and The Leader’s Code.
Donovan received his MBA from Harvard University and his BA from Princeton University. He currently lives in Houston with his wife and four children.
Jeff deCillia
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff deCillia is a senior finance executive with a history of driving aggressive growth and bottom-line performance, resulting in significant returns for investors. He has extensive accomplishments in raising both debt and equity, leading business transformation efforts, implementing new systems and processes, completing multiple acquisitions, and working with management teams and boards to position companies for success. His industry experience spans across SaaS, enterprise software, e-commerce, traffic and telematics, telecommunications, business intelligence software, and big data.
Sarah Jacob Singh
Chief Product Officer
As Medbridge's Chief Product Officer, Sarah Jacob leads Medbridge's product strategy and product organization. Sarah has been a product leader in the digital health technology space for over 10 years, both at businesses that were acquired and ones that have gone public. She's built world-class product organizations in startup and scaling environments along with enterprise and consumer-facing solutions. Prior to this role, Sarah served in multiple product leadership roles with companies including Optimize Health, Accolade, and CareCloud. Sarah is an expert at developing differentiated products and loves to build and mentor product organizations.
Taylor Sterling
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 20 years of experience, Taylor has a proven track record of success in driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and developing breakthrough customer experiences.
Prior to joining Medbridge, Taylor was Director of Customer Marketing for Google Workspace and SVP of Marketing at Aurea, where she built teams to set and exceed end-to-end go-to-market efforts.
Taylor is known for bringing incomparable energy, vision, and structure to marketing teams and delivering results. She is passionate about building teams and building brands through crisp, differentiated narratives, and designing data-driven lead engines built for scale.
Jeff Logan
Chief Revenue Officer
As Medbridge’s Chief Revenue Officer, Jeff brings over 25 years of experience in building and leading high-performing sales organizations. Prior to joining Medbridge, Jeff led teams across a number of vertical categories for SaaS companies such as CivicPlus, Relias, and ContinuumCloud. Jeff is passionate about building teams and developing employees to take the next step in their careers. A native of St. Louis, Jeff currently lives in Kansas City with his wife and two daughters.
Paul Jaure
Head of AI
As Head of AI, Paul Jaure stands at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation and development. With a profound dedication for harnessing technology to replicate and enhance human processes, Paul has been instrumental in developing a groundbreaking, patented AI platform that significantly advances medical diagnosis and treatment. His focus on the technological sections is marked by achievements in product innovation, emerging technologies, and AI software development.
Paul holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and a BA from Florida International University, where he was awarded an NCAA full golf scholarship. In addition to his leadership role, Paul is an AI Professor at FIU and serves as a Board Member for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, where he is dedicated to empowering young minds. He lives in Miami with his wife and two daughters.
Leah Shlyakhov
Chief Client Partner
Leah Shlyakhov has a passion for growing businesses and helping our customers grow theirs. As a founding member of Medbridge, Leah led our revenue growth and sales strategy, holding various sales and strategy leadership roles over the last 12 years. With a knack for building customer relationships and a passion for improving patient lives, as Chief Client Partner, Leah is focused on helping our customers achieve new digital health strategies to improve the quality of their care and reach new heights in their business outcomes.
Andrew Mickus
Chief Content Officer
Andrew Mickus is a strategic leader who inspires exceptional results from his teams. As a founding team member at Medbridge, he has been key in driving client impact and continued market expansion and growth through his involvement in strategy, operations, and content development. As Medbridge's Chief Content Officer, Andrew leads Medbridge's content strategy and development and has overseen the production of over 2,500 professional courses and 8,000 patient-facing materials across multiple disciplines and specialties.
Andrew is a graduate of the Business School at the University of Washington with a specialty in Accounting and Finance.
Daniel Valladao
General Counsel & Head of Operations
Daniel helps Medbridge meet the compliance requirements necessary to operate at the intersection of healthcare and technology. With a direct focus on internal efficiency, the operational teams are responsible for enabling the larger goals of our internal and client teams.
Prior to joining Medbridge in 2017, Daniel was an attorney with the Northwest healthcare law firm Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, specializing in healthcare organizational and regulatory compliance.
Rachel Naranjo
SVP & GM, Individual & SMB Marketing
Rachel Naranjo joined Medbridge in 2015 and is a marketing powerhouse with over a decade of experience in creative and leadership roles. She brings a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to inspire and lead teams. Currently, Rachel is focused on business strategy and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience for individual and small- to mid-sized organizations.
Rachel holds bachelors’ degrees in Marketing and Sports Management from Valparaiso University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga, and a Leadership & Management Certificate from The Wharton School.

Joseph Brence
VP, Strategy
Joseph Brence is an energetic healthcare innovator and leader with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence, specifically focusing on strategies to transform the delivery of post-acute care. Dr. Brence leads Medbridge’s Clinical Strategy team and is also a professor at Carnegie Mellon University and NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Policy, teaching courses on strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He is also co-founder at the Nxt Gen Institute and on the advisory board at multiple universities.
Allison Card-Larden
VP, Product Management
Allison is a product leader passionate about using data, technology, and empathy to improve the lives of patients and clinicians alike. As VP of Product Management at Medbridge, Allison loves to build product teams full of collaboration, innovation, and support to achieve ambitious goals. Prior to joining Medbridge, Allison spent a decade taking healthcare technology products to market. She led teams at Optimize Health where she implemented a remote care suite of services and helped double revenue, and launched a patient engagement solution delivering more than a million dollars in revenue in the first year at Accolade. Before finding her passion for healthcare technology, Allison was a management consultant at Bain & Company, driving strategy for some of the largest tech companies in the United States. Allison received her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
